New Pune Properties ("we", "us", "our") runs the newpuneproperties.com website, the New Pune Properties mobile app and our WhatsApp number (together, the "Platform"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• Details you give us — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email (optional), your requirement (for example 2 BHK or office), budget, preferred area, the project you asked about, and the date and time you pick for a site visit or live video tour.
• WhatsApp conversations — messages you send to our WhatsApp number, including your answers to our assistant's questions about what you are looking for.
• Device and usage information — pages you view, the device and browser you use, and similar technical data collected through cookies and the tools listed under "Advertising and analytics". Your project shortlist and compare list are stored only in your own browser.
• App notifications — if you allow notifications in our app, a device token so we can send you updates. The token does not identify you on its own.

You can browse the Platform without creating an account.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and share project details, floor plans and prices.
• To arrange guided site visits and live video site tours, and to send the WhatsApp confirmation and reminders for them.
• To follow up with you about the projects you are interested in, and — where you have asked for them — new launches and offers in your chosen area.
• To run our WhatsApp assistant, which uses automated (AI) tools to reply to your questions and note your requirement for our team.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

WhatsApp messages

When you share your number with us or message us, we may contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry, visits you book and relevant projects. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us on WhatsApp or by email.

Who we share it with

• The builder of the project you're interested in — when you ask us to arrange a site visit, video tour or booking, we share your name and a masked contact number with that builder's team so they can register and host you.
• Service providers who help us run the Platform — for example website hosting, cloud storage, the WhatsApp Business Platform, customer-relationship software and AI services — only to provide their service to us, under confidentiality.
• Where the law requires it — for example to comply with a legal request.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. These tools may set cookies and collect information about your visit under Meta's and Google's own privacy policies. You can limit this through your browser settings or your Meta and Google ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to help with your property search and follow-up, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete it earlier (see below).

How we protect it

We use access controls and reputable, secure service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss or misuse.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Grievance officer

If you have a concern about how your information is handled, write to our Grievance Officer at sales@newpuneproperties.com with the subject "Privacy". We will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it within 30 days.

Children

The Platform is meant for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
