These terms apply to your use of the newpuneproperties.com website, the New Pune Properties mobile app and our WhatsApp number (together, the "Platform"), run by New Pune Properties ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform you agree to these terms.
New Pune Properties presents new residential and commercial projects in Pune on behalf of their builders. We share official project information, help you compare projects, arrange guided site visits and live video site tours, and pass on builders' offers. Your purchase agreement is always made directly with the builder.
Our services are completely free for home buyers — no brokerage and no fees.
For a unit booked through us, we guarantee the lowest price available for that unit: you will pay no more than the builder's own lowest price for the same unit, on the same payment plan, at the same time. If the builder gives you a lower written quote before you book, share it with us and we will match it. Festive and limited-period offers depend on each builder's terms and availability.
Prices, sizes, floor plans, amenities, possession dates, RERA details and availability come from the builders and can change without notice. Images and videos may be artist's impressions. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current — always confirm final details with the builder before making any payment or commitment.
Projects shown with a MahaRERA registration number are registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. You can check a project's current status on the MahaRERA website before you transact.
Visits and live video tours are scheduled with the builder's team and depend on their availability. We will tell you on WhatsApp if a slot needs to change.
Please give accurate contact details when you enquire or book a visit, and don't use the Platform for anything unlawful or to send spam. Our WhatsApp assistant uses automated tools; for anything important, ask to speak to our team.
The builder is responsible for the sale agreement, construction quality, approvals and possession of each project. We are not a party to your agreement with the builder and are not liable for these.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the Platform means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
